The 3-star apartment has 75 square meters spread over two floors, with the sleeping area on the second floor and a living area on the ground floor. The interior is designed as an "open space" with high ceilings and beautiful exposed wooden beams. The furnishings and equipment are of a high standard with a modern- country style. The ground floor includes a dining and living area with a sofa bed and a fully equipped kitchen. Patio doors lead directly to the sun terrace. This terrace has a beautiful view of the garden (3000 sq. m.) and is equipped with a table, chairs, sun lounger, a sun umbrella and wooden lounge. The second floor is accessed by wooden stairs that lead to a large open space with a double bed, bathroom, balcony, and a lounge area. This lounge area also includes a sofa bed that allows the apartment to accommodate up to four people on the same floor. Upon request, we can also provide a high chair and a baby bed. Last but not least, the private underground garage offers, to our clients, ample parking, free of charge.
